1. Program Overview

All programs on this site are operated by Tennessee Soccer Academy. By registering for a program, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration requirements vary by program. Some programs are offered at no charge and require only that you register and check in; paid programs require payment at the time of registration, and any applicable fees are shown on that program’s registration page before you complete it.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For programs that charge a fee, the following applies unless that program’s own page states otherwise:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the first session receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session are non-refundable.

4. Participant Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically fit to participate. Players must wear appropriate footwear and shin guards. Tennessee Soccer Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions.

5. Photo/Video Consent

By registering, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. You may opt out of photo consent during player registration.

6. Weather and Cancellations

Sessions cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control will be rescheduled when possible. No refunds are issued for weather cancellations.
